More phone contract questions

I really don't understand this. I've had 4-5 phones with Vodafone for years, and spent lots of money.

I have a phone that's now out of contract so I want a new tariff and and new handset.

They wont offer me the rates for new customers on their web site, basically I want a new phone on a 12 month contract as shown on their web site. The upgrade person said I can only have it on an 18 month contract, I threatened to cancel the contract and go with a different company, and gradually take all 5 phones from them over the next year as they come up.

The person just gave me a PAC code - didn't give a toss.

So, who should I go with next then, or should I give Vodafone more of a push.

If youre happy with the service youve received then I'd say go for the 18 month contract

If not then go somewhere else and get an even better deal on any of the other service providers.

I'm seriously tempted to go to 3 but cant at the mo as I'm not far enough into my current Orange contract

I managed to get the deal I wanted in the end, just got through to another chap in the cancellation department. Got the right phone on a 12 month contract
