speedo recomendations

ive just fitted mt redtop, at ther time i could only get my hands on a granarda type 9 (electronic speedo) my old 4 speed was a cable now im up and running i havn`t got a speedo anyone got any recomendations or ideas on what to do or use? im itching to know how fast im going lol plus im at knockhill on sunday so it might come in handy then too

i got the 80mm RMD one from rally design, made by the same folk who make smiths gauges i think. looks exactly like them anyway. not used mine yet, but it looks good. cheap too

there is one sold by rally design that looks really chap and nasty - I considered it for a wile but someone posted therewas soem problem with it.

in the end I splashed out on 80 mm Racetech speedo. £ 120 ish, and made by own gearbox sender. This speed is easily programmable and takes low voltage and high voltage senders.

It reads steady too.

I am happy with it although I am sure here are others just as good or better.

whats the crack with the sender would i be able just to use mine or would i have to daffy sumit up?

you'rs should work ok, its just normally a case of setting it up correctly with the speedo

this is the rmd speedo btw.
made by these lot, exactly the same as the smiths telemetrix ones
