Evening gents,
I have a sierra 7 inch diff with 3.3 crown and have just had fitted a sierra LSD unit but upon fitting I have noticed that the push in shaft stubs I
had previously fitted to my striker no longer fit. 
Looks like the LSD unit was from a bolt on type?
I'd it possible to get hold of the stubs which go into the LSD to work with the knuckles I have on my push in shafts.
Or can you get, or does anyone have any drive shafts with have push in on hub and bolt on at diff end

Unless you are fitting a Quaiffe ATB lsd then all the Ford viscus LSD's had their own shafts with the nearside longer then the off-side. These
shafts were fastened internally with a C clip. So what type of LSD have you fitted?

It is a Ford LSD unit from a Cosworth 4x4 if i remember correctly.
Do none of the LSD accept the Sierra push in shafts?
I have just fitted a LSD from a 4x4 V6 to the back of my car, I assume then you do not have the original stub axles out of the 4x4 diff unit, or do
you?
I am also assuming that your car has the standard drum brakes with push is shafts.
I have done a conversion as done by a few others and modified my push in shafts to take the 100mm Lobro joint that should be on the LSD.
So a few questions do you have the original 4x4 LSD stub axles. Also you need to have 27mm diameter drive shafts.

The only LSD unit I am aware of that takes push in shafts is the Quaiffe ATB differential.

My Shafts are push in on the hub also but i have had a rear disc conversion done
Take it need different stubs then, Anyone have any for sale

How was the disk conversion done, I assume it could be just the adapter plate that allows callipers to be fitted.
You need to find stub axles from a Ford 7 inch LSD. These could be hard to get on their own.

A bit confusing as your picture shows lobro stub axles fitted to the diff unit, when you say push in do you mean the will just pull out of the
diff?
Are the stub axles both the same length?

I should have 2 x after buying a pair of bolt on shafts as I also converted to LSD and made up hybrids.
It is an easy conversion to do and I got the relevant info off here.
I will have a look later today and get back to you

You need diesel sierra drive shafts (not sure if ALL diesels are the same) but they will allow you to use lobro (bolt on) inner CVs to connect to the
LSD and retain the standard tripod (push in) outer CVs etc.
