sod it now FREE Dead 3.5 V8 engine with all ancillarys if i trip over it one moor time its off in the skip

Re, advertised due to time waster

as above i have a 3.5 V8 from an old rover P6 its a none runner but comes with all ancillarys
the engine is complete with water pump and all pulleys, drive belts, cooling fan
2X su carbs with manifold air box and fitting pipes
2X cast stock manifolds
dizzy with cap and leads
starter motor
alternator
p,a,s pump with pipes
coil , spark plugs
and any other bit belonging to it i find in my garage
i got the engine to use as a mockup motor but no longer need it

well i say dead when i got it it was ment to have only done 60k when the car failed its mot badley the engine was removed and the car scraped but it stud for 4 years in a shed befor it was offered to me as a mocup unit i never itended in using it so i never tryed to get it to run it dose turn over buy hand but looks to have a lot off carbonized oil in the vale push rod erea it may just need a strip and rebuild but i have no time or intrest in doing it and have no need for it as a moc up unit any moor as ive change my mind on what iam puting in my car so just need rid best offer gets it i tuck it off the car for some one ho said thay wantied it and then never bovered to turn up so sick off triping ofer it every time i go it the garage

Is it liftable by hand? If you are in york, i quite fancy that! Are you anywhere near the a64?

Joel,

If the exhaust manifolds (useable handles) are on it, you'll be able to lift by hand, but it is very heavy (at least 130kg/ 260lb - that's 22kg more than I weigh)

Lifted my 3.9 into the back of a van.

Engine is now on the stand and partly cleaned up lol. Just ordered new gaskets for it so going to strip it soon.
