I got mine from US Ebay.
It's 3 months I'm surfing on US ebay looking for that ARB, but untill now no adv found. The advantage is that you can adjust it from the
cockpit and the softest position is like not having it. Did you appreciate the difference between with and without? Any suggestion on which site
follow to wait the right adv?

Have you thought of contacting Dallara in Varano de' Melegari direct?
Or have a drive down there to ask - there are lots of small supplier companies around there.
HTH.
Cheers, Pewe
Yes, I did, but they offered me a simplest T bar ARB, so now I have to decide how to go on with the rebuilding of the Fury chassis that is only waiting the attachment for ARB to be finished and go to sand blasting and painting.
I better investigated about the matter with Dallara spare parts manager: the adjustable rear ARB

is not manufactured by them, but there is a local manufacturer in USA supplying it to the Indy car Teams. Someone has useful information about it?

This might help.
I bought one like this but I don't remember if it cost as much as this one.

Still not found it. Any chance to measure the main dimensions and draw a sketch to replicate it by myself?

That really isn't going to work. It is a complicated piece of engineering and it would involve taking it off the car and making a CAD drawing but even then you will not have the bearings sizes or the material dimensions of the blade.
