Do you put any form of 'insulation' material between the fibre/alloy bodywork and the chassis rail i.e. like foam or rubber strip? If yes from where do I purchas eteh stuff?

no i just glued the panels on with sikaflex

Were you thinking along the lines of damping the panels? I was pondering this but concluded it'd be like chucking a deckchair off the titanic. I might be wrong though, it has happened before...

My panels are all removable including the side panels. So I was thinlking of insulating them all as weall as the fibre glass body for that matter. However it seems that I am the only one... .thanks anyway

all my panels including the sides are also removeable. I didn't use any foam etc to reduce vibration and haven't noticed any so far.

The car has only done 120 miles though since SVA
