I liked the idea of simply inflating the canopy rather than vacuum forming it over a mould, certainly saves tonnes of work and gets a better finish. If only we could do it with glass

I think we should have a separate section for GRP over foam construction so all the information and Tricks of the trade can be kept in one location.

It is very nice, I think the aluminium honeycomb chassis would scare me, and possibly the IVA man. I can attest to the amount of work needed to make a foam cored body. These guys make it look easy.
