Ill be ordering some ali soon to start panelling my car (will be a while til i start but bro wants some sooner so we might aswell order together)

What i want to know is what do i need?
i.e. what grades and what thicknesses for each bit that needs panelling?

i used 1.2mm thick and half hard

Im using 0.8mm for mine.

So i should use the same thickness for everything? Rear bulkhead, sides, rear end, bonnet?

i m using 1.15 aircraft spec titanium!!!!! but thats only because i work in the aircraft industry and we have some big of cuts lol
