wellll, i've been thinking again, and looking at purdy cars, namely the jag D/E/E2A.

but i'm not sure how well it'd work on an Mk indy chassis, and well, looking for advice as to making such a beast out of the the fabled GRP.

yes, i know this'll be a fecking huge job, but if i do things 7 style, it might get finished in under a year, and we can't have that

Someone mentioned about tigers new avon having a new body on it. clubman style? which may turn out the way your looking for.

How about a Lotus 11 style body? Fully enclosed very slippery and all in fibreglass.
Easy to fit but will need painting.
email for pictures if interested

Mark

Just to demonstrate possibilities with a Seven-type chassis, below is a Ginetta that was on eBay the other day.

i did look at the 11, buit due to the extra cost involved with making it fit an indy, and the fact i asked more than once for better photos (and never got any) I decided it would be a better (and far cheaper) option to do it myself, and get something designed more to my liking and the jag E type styling

I may have a second hand set of body available next week for the 11 at less money than you could possibly make anything for besides the time factor involved when creating a car body from nothing.

Having seen the quality of Mark's stuff, if this set was made by Mark's fibreglass man I'd grab his hand off straight away. And no kidding.

Still, sound advice would be to check it 1st though I suppose.
