Barksavon - 7/6/09 at 10:41 AM

Ive just got my Avon on the road, it hasnt got a screen at present and i'm considering all options. Anyone got any views whether to fit full, half or bubble screen or just leave it without.
Thanks

aeroscreen if you like the wind in your hair

half screen, well i think they look a bit silly,

full screen, why not fit a parachute as well

I've had Brooklands-type aeroscreens for the past 4 years - now thinking about fitting a full screen.

It's a pain having to put a crash helmet on when you go out on a nice hot day, knowing that face protection is essential - I've received some impressive whacks on the visor over the past few years that would have really HURT, or possibly blinded me.

Bumblebees don't 'arf make a bang when they hit your visor...

I've got a full screen. Causes some funky turbulance but I love it It does add to the drag a bit and it's hardly light.... but it does mean I don't have to weight a crash helmet....
