Hi All,

Been searching the archive now for two days with no luck. I recall last year somebody posted with his handywork of laying carbon over various parts (motorcycle?) then rubbing down and applying laquer.

There were alot of pics of parts he had done.

Help greatfully received.

Thanks Richard, I knew it was there somewhere!

Funnily enough, I've just done my bonnet scoop with an overlay and I can confirm that it is a lot of work. Next time I'll just make a mould and mould a part!

Don't bother. Save your time and money and do it right - or just buy that CF lookalike stick on stuff - that is what it is meant for!
