I need some parts of my MK re painting, does anybody no of anywhere in the north west that does gel coating and what sort of prices am i looking at for just the cycle wings doing?

hmm you don't spray paint gel coat, its brushed on in the moulding process, just before the GRP is laid in the mould. If you key the wings and use a plastic primer then ordinary spray paint can be used to re-colour the wings. Halfords and the likes spray cans work very well on small components like wings and would cost about £20 in total to do yourself
