I need a peice of lexan at least 1.4 metres long to make my aeroscreen but, being on the tight budget i am on, dont want to pay 20 quid for a peice on fleabay. It seems it would be slightly cheaper to use two smaller peices but this would mean having to join them in the middle, abit like the old split screens of the good 'ol days .

Would this cause a problem come IVA due to lack of visibility?

Well since to be an aeroscreen rather than a windscreen you need to be able to see over it, really you could make it out of steel plate and it wouldn’t matter, so a joint is irrelevant.
