Hi, some of you may remember my post where I had put super bright reflectors on my bike over the dark winter months
linky and well since no-one did run me over so I can only assume they worked
actually I could easily see the reaction in other drivers and it was obvious the bike was much more visible.
Well I went and did the same with the cars to great effect I may add, just look at the photos taken with my wee cameras flash (there’s no lights on at
all on the car) even though it’s quite a light blue the paintwork certainly does not show up well at night, just think how bad a black car would be.
The stickers have simply been put over the rubber trim and looks fine during the day. So far I’ve only had good comments from friends who think the
cars are much safer. What do you think?

looks good, it be good to see a daytime pic too though
Just finished lashing together a hood for my Mojo and I used the 3M reflective beading on all the edges - it lights up like a Christmas tree now when
headlights hit it!
As you can see from the profile pic, my car is dark grey so every bit of visibility helps.
Will try to take some pics...

It certainly standas out. Just one thing, though - aren't white reflectors only supposed to face forward?
wait for the ufo stories to start flooding in to your local paper..
Is there not rules about number and style of refelctors on Cars. Like 2 x square or Round on the Rear of a CAR etc etc....
As per SVA/IVA
I always thought they could be any shape in any position ( think of the preductions cars, they are all sorts of positions and shapes)but it must have red on the back. Side is not compulsary but if fitted should be orange. the front is not compulsary but if fitted should be white.
