Managed to get some very nice mesh for the front of my car from some very nice clients today.
The client has a very nice laser machine and said he could cut a design into the mesh for me.
Question is does any one have a CAD drawing of grill with the seven logo on it that i could have,

ive been after the same thing i even had a go at making my own on the cad but soon gave up lol.

you have to be careful with material thickness and the size of the mesh when u get it laser cut
i did mine out of 2 mm ally and it distorted in the laser and didnt cut properly

what about water jet cutting ?
