can anyone tell me if the seatbelts can be of the clip on type at the ends so you can use eyebolts or do they have to be the bolt on type for the sva test please ??

I think either are acceptable. If using eye bolts make sure they are facing the correct way. For the top mounting points it they should be along the length of the car instead of sideways (hard to explain but if oriented correctly you should only be able to see the eye holes from the side of the car) - you can use spacers so the eye bolts tighten in that position.
