Where!? Can't seem to find any cage mounted rear view mirrors... do they exist!?

You could bolt them to 2 of these

Or some folk use exhaust mounting clamps (or at least variants of that). Which turn out a bit cheaper.

Did think of the exhaust clamps but i'd like an IVA friendly solution.
