Got some shiny new cycle wings for R1Becca. They are the full wrap around. Wanting advise to the following..

Is it best to remove the cycle wing support frame and then replace the wings or just remove the wings on the car?

Best way to cut the slots for the stays and the slant across the front. What to use to avoid chipping/cracking the gel coat?

What I did for mine was to attach some L shaped ali to the cycle wing using a PU adhesive then drill holes in the L to mount to the wing stays this avoids pracking problems as the PU absorbs the vibration.

To then put the bars through the wing I just drilled 2 holes with a hole saw.

Note:

To change the whell I have to undo the wing stays from the back of the upright make
