Can anyone help ... I am looking for a rear panel for my locost ... I could buy a alluminium sheet to shape ... but not got the tools ... Anyone know where I can get one made ... Thanks Mike ...
Buy a cheap jigsaw and some decent hacksat blades, and if you don't already have them a cordless drill with some 4mm bits, some 4mm rivets and a rivet gun, that lot will still be a lot cheaper than getting someone else to do it, and you can always sell them after

all you need is a sheet of ali something to cut it with, a roll of wall lining paper to make the template and plenty of clamps, scraps of wood.
rivets to hold it on and finally a couple of different size hammers.
edit: If a fool like me can manage it then anyone can

I put a thread on here a couple of years ago and got a lot of good advice. i didnt even make a template. Just need patience and nylon hammers not metal. You just take a few nicks out above the curves and beat it evenly and slowly. When you have marked the hammer just sand it smooth and start again.
Thanks all for the advice going to make own ... Think the bonnet will be the most difficult ... Mike
