Have got round to mounting the llights, and noticed on full lock that the wheel arch obstructs the lights both sides(not at the same time)

is this an IVA fail or is it ok?

will i need to raise the lights to miss the wheel arches?

how high are your lights as there is a minimum height to the bottom of the lense...

500mm i think.. but please check

they are about 750mm from the floor, but if the arches cover the lights on full lock is that a fail?

I think its ok as i have just checked mine and they foul my lights on full lock no one said a word ,it deos seem to me though that differant test centres have differant ideas so find out where you would be iva'ing and double check with them.

I do not think it is a fail. It will only be a fail if the wheelarch touches the light casing on full lock.

Don't forget, they only test the levels of the lights, if they meet the minimum height and width requirements and the beam when the car is facing forwards and not in motion.
