Super Resin Polish

I need to apply some to my car (lease car going back) but it's light drizzle outside...

Can I still apply super resin polish, or do I need a really dry day?

dry with very slightly damp cloth.

Cheers Dave - took advantage of a gap in the drizzle...and car is looking good now
