Where's the best/cheapest place to buy tiger seal or similar other than ebay?
Cheers,
Neil
Your local motor factors / paint supplier will stock it, or something very similar.
I have found silicon sealer to be just as good, and its cheaper, but I suppose it depends where your using it.
Ive just bought five tubes of marine seal of ebay, nto had chance to use it yet, but it going to stick all the windows of the narrowboat back in as soon as its warm enough to take them all out!

Silicone sealer is just a sealer. Tiger sea (and other PU variants) is an adhesive. Although silicone will stick stuff it's nowhere near as strong. I get it from a local motor factor.
I need to get some myself.
How much will i need to bond 2 sideskirts and front and rear spliter?
Will 1 bottle be enough?
Search for PU adhesive on Screwfix or Decorating Direct

Much cheaper
I know there are different grades of sealant/adhesives. Not sure if the toolstation one is OK with all car paints, but my experiences of other generic
brands has been fine.
If pockets are deep get Sika sealants. They do a massive range, and are possibly the best available. May be OTT for sticking a car together though.
Just been to the local motor factors and they asked £10 per tube of tigerseal.
I told them to s**ck it up their @rs3.
Anybody interested in a group buy of Sikaflex?
There is on ebay a box of 12 for £65 delivered or £55 pounds if someone could collect from Pool Dorset and then can distribute according to needs.
I guess it would be about £15 posted for 2 tubes or £12 if someone could collect and then post.
I've been using Everbuild Stixall. Seems very good and cost me £5 a tube from a local builders merchants.
Anybody used this - Simson ISR 70-03.
I was told off the tin basher at work that it is what they use and very, very strong.
