Guys.

I have new cycle wings to go on, but my question is not the usual "what to bond them on with" but what are the legal measurements (if any) that the tyre has to be covered at the front and rear?
I have already had SVA, and I am just replacing the clam wings with cycle ones.

If anyone can oblige please?
