So ive decided to have a go at building a dash for my locost.
I Started with some cardboard then wood and then building a mold using fibreglass and the sanding filling sanding filling sanding filling sanding
filling sanding filling sanding filling sanding filling sanding filling sanding filling sanding filling sanding filling sanding filling.....
and then made another mold of the finished article.
Then Got my friend at Predator Auto shop to spray it for me to see how it looked. Anyway see below.

It slides into the existing scuttle perfectly.
I balanced it into the car to see how it may look......

Obviously a lot of effort gone into it.
One question though. Is the radius along the bottom edge 19mm or greater?
I am of course assuming that your car hasn't gone through IVA (or SVA if its older).
Just a thought because it will cause you issues later and all that hard work could potentially be wasted.
cr*p pants. not it isnt but i can mod it quite easy i thinks.
i did see something about the radius a while back. the plan was to add some think edging to it after using it for track days for a while.

i guess it will come off for IVA and ill get a piece of Perspex and use that till it passes.
then it will fall off :O)
