Catering van nosecone ?

Straight swap for a locost one, are the dimensions close enough, anyone fitted one to a locost chassis !

Thats what I have, you just need to trim the side shape so that it sits flat on the chassis.

I think you will find that it gives the lowest bonnet line of all the options, so if that is tight you may have to measure.

Remembering from a very long time ago I believe the back edge of the cone to be 5.5" above the top chassis tube. but i should check on that yourself if it is crucial to your design.

Thanks for that, could you at your leisure measure and confirm the 5.5 inch ?

Does/can anyone tel me the height of a catering van scuttle from the top chassis rail, engine side ?

Have been out to measure, I have a Caterham Nose & Scuttle................

Scuttle engine bay side height = 8.5" above chassis top tubes

Nosecone front bonnet lip = 6.75" above chassis top tubes
