Once again planning ahead ! There's lots of info on here about fitting rear wheel arches but no mention of how many stainless bolts would be sufficient to support each arch ? They are fiberglass arches onto part aluminium panel and part steel chassis. So im using ss bolts and washers on both sides but not sure how many i will need ! Numbers per side please ? Roughly ! cheers.

You can use anywhere between 6 and 10 i would say per arch

Think we use 8 or 10.

I'd say go with eds 8 or 10 depending how well the wings and panel pull together

Seven M6 bolts on mine.

Seems plenty when you're trying to get them all out after 9 years use as I was just recently....

One of the issues I found on removing the rear wings was that water had obviously been trapped between the tadpole beading and the ally body and had started to corrode the ally.

I suppose if you were being fussy it may be worth trying to seal this joint - I painted some waxoyl along the seam on re-assembly, not sure how well that will stand the test of time though, maybe a squidge of silicon along the joint may be better...?
