Hi all

I've been conned into helping a mate change a convertible roof on his E46 3 Series.

Anyone got any advice?!?!

Get a manual and follow it EXACTLY!!! I did an Audi A4 convertible roof once (the hydraulics had failed), it was an evil beggar. Then again, the MX5 one was much easier. Fingers crossed for you that it's closer to the MX5 than the Audi one...
