Recommend me a product for fastening Heat matting.

So, I need to line my engine bay with some heat / sound matting. But, don't really want to stick it in with adhesive spray. Any one know of a nice fixing solution that I can bond to the fiberglass bonett, and simply clip the mats on?.

Cheers in advance.

I would have thought some of those bighead fasteners and some sort of plastic trim nut like you find on production cars would do the trick

Silkoflex, Tiger seal use it all the time!

CBS sell a heat resistant contact adhesive, works very well.

I have a load of this stuff, but to be honest I would prefer not to use it as it really makes a mess if said sound proofing ever needed to come off (if you know what I mean).

^^ I would think that's about your only sensible option without glue
