I've got a get coated nose cone for my indy that was wrapped in yellow. I've peeled the body wrap of but it has left a lot of glue behind. Any surgestions as the best thing to use to remove it .
Acetone will clean it and won't damage the gelocoat. Just avoid pools of solvent!
Cheers, will give it a try. Best place to get some from ?
Just realised, nail polish remover.
Check the Mrs has the proper stuff, not the substitute!
Look for a product called "Sticky Stuff Remover" very save to use and effective. Acetone must be removed immediately or it will attack the gel coat. I know

I've just ordered some sticky stuff remover, so will see how that goes.
I wouldn't use acetone, you can clean used resin brushes in it!
