Anybody got any experience of using these, as an alternative to drilling the frame?

I suspect the size of the screen frame would need to be the same size as the frame the clips are designed to fit?

I just used the standard ones and drilled them with the glass in the frame. Made up a drill stop and tested on an off cut of frame. Then ground down some self tappers to the thickness of the button and the frame and screwed in with a little thread lock.
