Hi,
Was playing about there and popped the front cycle wings on the rear tyres and tbh they didn't look all that bad... Kind of looked like a hotrod.
Anyone done this with theirs? Got any pictures?
Cheers

Yes it’s been done on other kit car types
TBH looks S4it on a 7 but whatever floats your boat
Another vote for it looking wank on a seven!
To me it looks a bit after thought,
But its your car, so do what ever
Have a look at a lotus 7 series 1 they had cycle wings on the rear
If the rear wings were like the front and mounted on the hub, i.e they move up and down with the wheels. Can the rear lights be mounted to them or
would they then have to be fixed to the rear body?
I'm not 100% sure but I thought the ariel atom had the rear lights mounted on the upper wish bones? If that's the case then obviously they
car move with the wheels for the IVA.

I wonder what are the benefits of such solution (in terms of performance)
- less weight propably.
- Easier to buy / make for wider tyres.
- Easier access to suspension (important with track car) .
- Not sure about the air drag - the frontal area is smaller, but there is a gap between the wheel and the car body - possibly lot of turbulences.
in a race car the ability to change it more easily and cheaply if it gets a bang is probably a positive
