I am about to fit the front wings. Can anybody who has passed SVA tell me, in plan view, how much of the tyre can show forward of the edge of the wing, dimension X on the attached drawing.

Draw a line vertically from the front edge of the wheel rim - the general opinion is that the front edge of the mudguard should be ahead of that line.
