Not sure how to do this. At the moment I have a temporary bung type fuel cap stuck in the top of my tank. I have bought an MG Midget locking fuel filler neck and cap which is 2 1/4" OD. The ali pipe welded to the top of my tank is 2". Is there a rubber fuel hose available that will step up from 2" to 2 1/4"?
Alternatively I have an ABS plastic Durapipe reducing connector (BS5392/1) which I could fit between the tank and filler using some sort of sealant or
I could always fit a bit of 2" rubber fuel pipe and then fit a screw cap but would I then need a locking boot cover for the SVA?
I'm looking for the cheapest easiest solution!
Your thoughts and comments would be appreciated.

I've used a mini locking cap and tube, this is over 2" but a £2.50 bit of 2" filler tube from Rally design fitted both ends no problem The tube is 25 pence per cm and all you need is the bit to join the two different parts
