As long as they do not foul the wheels, will the sva pass them, or do they need to be fixed like concrete?

Not wobble like crazy but they do "flex"... SVA don't check this as you enquire.

On bumpy roads mine have a vibrating fit, especially when I push the loud pedal!!!!!
But they soon calm down.
They are secure and do not foul the wheels though.

Mine did - I added big penny washers and this sorted them out so that they do not move much at all.

If you get vibrations at a cretain speed, you have hit the systems natural frequncy. This can create all sorts of fun things. You have to get out of this zone so go faster!

as said before natural freq.

as i come out of work there are rumble strips on the road, at about 39 mph it feels like the tintop is gonna fall apart, really bad like there is somthing really wrong, 1mph either side of 39 and nothing not even a snif of vibration
