Anyone got a good / easy / quick design or idea for sidescreens?

After a few miles today I started to feel the cold - and before I get witty comments from you armchair builders, I'm telling you that the draft does get to you after a bit!

For next winter I'm going for a full hood job but for now need something to keep the bloody wind out.
