Dried too fast maybe?

A car sprayer next to my m8's garage was moaning the other day that it was too hot to spray things.

Insuficcient flash off time between coats, the underlying coats are still soft and now cannot dry, the top coat surface has dried but is floating on the uncured sub coats, hence the cracks

When making my various bulges I found that using filler primer below a certain temperature would result in similar problems.
