simple question, do nose cones cover the front bits that stick out at the top?

Just making my head light mounts and can't remember. If they don't them i'm going to be lazy and weld ontop of the chassis, if they do then i've got some filing to do so they can be welded level.

cheers, decided to try welding level anyway - would look nicer (if not as strong!)

Just spent the last couple of hours making them, off to weld in a mo (hmmm, welding in this heat - mad or what?)

made a mistake and welded one of them the wrong way round .............

welded the other one directly to the car and its a little OTT (agricultural is another way of describing it) but the headlights shouldn't wobble and they are that strong you can probably lift / tow the car on them
