Due to where the wheels were catching i managed to cure the problem with sandpaper etc and a bit of re-profiling of the rear arches...can't see any difference when you look at the car but problem solved...thanks for all the earlier advice.

It must have been the top return then. Reduced that to increase clearance on the sidewall/corner tread?

We had to do the same...

yep the inner lip!!! not sure why i did'nt think to reshape it in the first place - doh
