God knows if thats how you spell it!
I am making some moulds to create a fancy bootlid and need some styro foam kind of stuff to shape up to create the shapes. Where can i get it from?
this is just more dense version of polystyrene which you will need to finish to make a plug so save yourself the cost and get some polystyrene from

or you could look at my fibreglass section on my site that shows how I did it with mdf.
cheers
Just a quick warning on the CFS foam - I've used this stuff, and it does the job admirably.
However, I think it's loaded with chopped glass fibres, and you may end up itching after cutting and shaping it. The dust certainly feels
strange on your hands. A mask is probably a VERY good idea!
I'd use it again though.

Polystyrene is fine as long as you don't use body filler on top of it as it will dissolve. Same with paint.
Make sure surface is sealed before anything containing solvents is used on it.

Thanks Terry...
Not much to add really.....regular plaster is good to cover the styrofoam...prior to the body filler....or even miss out the body filler as I did with
my bonnet.....
