I'am so execited that i whanted too share a photo of my custom made heatshield for my MK indy ZX12R.

It's working very well, after a hour drive the shield is very low tempature.

how is the yellow mounted behind ?
and did it cost much ?

Thanks for the complement.

The yellow is bonded on with a special heat resistand kind of silkaflex.

It cost only 15 euro to lasercut 2 off them.

Then i rolled it, made some brackets for the big jubileeclips and let it poedercoated by a friend.
After that the poedercoated yellow piece was bonded in place.
