What is in panel wipe?

It's a spirit based solvent degreaser used in paintwork. You wipe it on with one clean cloth and wipe ot off with another while still wet, any grease, or silicone will come off with the second wipe. It costs about £10 for a 2.5 litre can of decent quality spirit, the cheaper ones smell of parafine, wheras the expensive ones smell of vodka!!
