fitting cycle wings

as a noobie advice please on putting stays on cycle wings glue or screw and whats the best way to offer up for fitting
any advice appreciated ta

i pu glued mine in place and then fibreglassed over them. they've not moved at all despite the dodgy roads down here

After shaping the wing stays I drill 2 holes equidistant in from the outer edges of the tyres, cut and shaped 2 strips of 25x3mm for each stay , drilled for 1 stud in each which was welded in , bolted them in place and used Sikaflex to attach the wings. They have been in place for 4 years with no problems even though the N/S stay has broken 3 times.

I use rivets, easy to remove if needs be then. will pop a bit of black paint on them when I get a minute.

B&Q do an evostik product called "seriously sticky stuff" Damn its good stuff, i know quite a few people that have used it and racked up thousands of miles with just this adhesive and nothing else.
