I have a friend who is going to laser cut some windscreen supports for me. I just gave him Ron's book for dimensions to get on with. Apparently the dimensions are a little vague.
I don't have a book with me for cross reference.
What are the overall dimensions of your supports?
If they were made from strip. What would the width of the strip be?
It says 5mm thick in the book. I have seen others for sale of a thinner gauge. What are your thoughts?
And the radius for the edges. Is it 3mm?

If anyone has a cad drawing that would be great.

I (like a few others) used the Caterham windscreen (and supports).
There are photos and outline drawings in my photo archive....
