hi all, what do you make the spacers out of to go on the un glued edge which you pop rivet on?

I've not done mine yet but I've heard of people using those cheapo plastic rulers??

mine are sika'd all round. on the first one, i filled the bottom edge but on the second i've left it as an airgap.

from memory, it's probably 3mmish though. 3mm acrylic? go see a signmaker's. i'm sure they'll give you plenty of offcuts.

Mine's filled perfectly with air

I've rivetted the top and will probably just fil the bottom side with sikaflex.

Hindsight says I should have sika'd the whole thing, but never mind.
