my mate is supposed to be doing a ten day tour of the alps in his westfield starting tomorrow. he is currently in Hove Brighton about 250 miles from home and a motor bike has run into the back of his car and knocked the rear wheelarch off and damaged the lights, is there anybody in the area who can help him otherwise he'll be coming back home tomorrow.thanks. .m.

Sorry, I'm about 12 miles away but don't have a trailer!

I dont think he needs a trailer there is no mechanical damage I,m aware of, its more something to re-attach his arch and lights and make it safe to do 3000 miles in 10 days, I would guess he needs some ally sheet and some rivits and loads of gaffer tape .m.

A fibre-glass repair kit from Halfrauds might be a more solid solution - should still be open until 8-8:30ish.

I'm about 15 miiles north on A23. Have ally and rivets, even rear lights at a pinch (as I'm not on the road yet).
