Pete - the Power Commander needs configuring for the exhaust/air filter setup we have. According to the Power Commander we are running very lean at the moment. Maybe then the tickover will sort out...

I'll take my Laptop up tomorrow and get it sorted...

@ Arjan - the aluminium dash template was made using the clock surround plate. Take it off, draw around it on cardboard and cut out. Easy really!
