I am half way through from converting my Robin Hood from a 2.0l Pinto to a zetec, i am wondering if i can use the exsisting radiator? it has connections for top and bottom hoses and also has a pressure cap.
I believe it is from a cortina, also can i use without the need of and expansion bottle like the origional pinto set up?

The zetec normally runs a presurised header tank as park of the system. Also are the in/out pipes on the right side, for ease both need to be on the nearside. I wouldn't worry too much about using the rad you have as a tried and trusted MK 1 Polo is cheap new.
