I have fitted a silvertop 2.0L zetec and wondering if the old pinto silencer piece would be ok to use, the oled 2.0l pinto pipe is a little smaller, would it cause and over heating problems or other issues?

Not really sure on your exact predicament...

all i can say is that i converted the tiger to zetec power and the 4 into 1 collector, side pipe and back box were the same system. Only had to change the header pipes.
