Anyone know where I can get exhaust straps to go round a 7" silencer ?

I just bought some steel and made some.

I'm struggling to find any.

What were the dimensions of your steel strap, thickness etc ?

I got mine from B&Q - they have a small section in the shop with various bits of flat steel.

Can't remember exactly but it was roughly 20mm by 2mm mild.

I initially tried aluminium but they just broke.

The steel ones have been on for ages and are fine
