My pinto 1600cc engine is fitted with a pair of 40DCOE151 webers.
Been dry stored for circa 20 years and do not know what they are jetted for.
I haven't taken them apart yet. Any suggestions/help on cleaning them to make
sure all jets etc are clear. Or any recommended companies that do cleaning. Also
does anyone know jet sizes I should fit. My engine is standard 1600cc except it
is fitted with 2000cc cam and a 4 into 2 into 1 exhaust system

Ultrasonic cleaner is good if you now anyone whose got one
Otherwise let them soak in some fresh petrol or similar and then blow them through with an airline
The jets will be marked, Check the sizes match between carbs as its not un-usual for somebody to have made a mistake and not have them the same
Check the floats and needle valves OR better still buy a repair kit for the carb's which will include new needle valves
Replace the fuel filter and definitely check/replace the fuel hoses

As for the recommended jetting sizes, Dave Andrews jetting program on his website used to be very good and I've used it many times with good results

I fill a small plastic pot with carb cleaner, take jets out one by one, put them in the pot, shake then leave for a minute then dry and run through bike jet brushes.
Don’t leave brass jets in carb cleaner to long as it can start to dissolve the brass over time
